Arbitration and mediation through Oman Arbitration Centre

Arbitration is considered throughout the world, to be the simplest instrument to resolve disputes amicably; its importance has considerably increased during the recent years. Our goal is to help our clients in resolving local and international disputes professionally, rapidly and neutrally. Oman Arbitration Centre was founded according to royal decree No. 2018/26. It is incorporated, financially and administratively independent. Its head quarter is in Muscat. The centre’s vision is in line with the goals of Oman vision 2040, as it is one of the instruments to encourage investments in the Sultanate of Oman.
